CNC-machined billet A2017 aluminum component designed for Yamaha motorcycles.

This headlight bracket kit is specifically designed for the Yamaha XSR900 (2016–2021) and is compatible with both the OEM top bridge and the YMCK Top Bridge & Handle Riser (X916TBR).

The bracket features a stylish and distinctive CNC-machined design that enhances the appearance of the front end while maintaining excellent functionality.

When combined with the YMCK KOSO Thunderbolt Headlight Ring (TBHLR), the bracket allows the KOSO Thunderbolt headlight unit to be installed cleanly without the need for additional collars, creating a unified and refined front-end appearance.

The bracket is also compatible with various universal aftermarket headlights.
Headlight units can be installed if they meet the following conditions:

• Distance from mounting bolt hole to rear of headlight: within 80 mm

• Headlight width: 7 inches or less

This versatile bracket combines functionality, design, and compatibility for a clean custom front-end setup.

Note: M8 universal spacers may be required to adjust the headlight width depending on the headlight used.
